What to Know
Application Fee: $65/adult
Non-refundable. Required from every adult (18+) who will live in the property. Covers credit, background, and rental history verification.
Income Requirement
Gross monthly income must be at least 3x the monthly rent. All verifiable income sources considered.
Security Deposit
Typically 1–1.5 months rent. Paid at lease signing along with first month’s rent before receiving keys.
