City of Phoenix changes to SOI
As many of you may have heard on the <a href="https://azezrentals.com/news/">news</a>, the City of Phoenix has followed Tucson’s lead and has passed new guidance regarding its Source of Income Ordinance (SOI) rules and the Attorney General’s office has reversed their previous opinion that these ordinances violate existing laws. While these laws will likely be challenged in the court system, they are in effect unless and until they are found to be in violation of the existing laws.
